30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at service@jencakoo.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We may ask for photos or other information to help us resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
